Terms and conditions

Effective from

These terms explain how you may use BritPlayRadar, what our independent comparisons cover, and where responsibility rests when you visit an external platform. Please read them before relying on a review or sending us a message.

1. Using BritPlayRadar

These terms apply to britplayradar.com, including its editorial articles, comparisons and contact facilities. By using the website, you agree to follow these conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You can save a copy of this document for future reference.

BritPlayRadar is an independent guide to ordinary digital entertainment. We do not host games, take deposits, process bets or provide real-money gambling. Our coverage is intended to help you understand game websites and compare their features; it is not a service for arranging transactions with providers.

Browsing does not create a paid subscription or a provider account. Our website offers no account system. Our privacy and cookie policies explain separately how contact information and browser preferences are handled; these terms do not replace those explanations or your choices.

2. Acceptable use

You are welcome to browse for personal reference, compare platforms, share links to our articles and send good-faith corrections. Please use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. When contacting us, provide information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sharing passwords, payment details or sensitive information about anyone else.

You must not:

  • Upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful material, threats or abusive messages.
  • Use disruptive automation, flood our contact facilities or deliberately interfere with access for other visitors.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent a commercial relationship with BritPlayRadar.
  • Attempt to access non-public systems, bypass security measures or exploit a suspected vulnerability.

We may restrict abusive traffic or remove unlawful submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the site. Please report a suspected technical problem privately through our contact channel, with enough detail to help us investigate.

3. Content and intellectual property

Our original writing, editorial selection and site presentation are protected by intellectual property law. You may read, print or save material for your own personal reference. Short quotations are permitted with clear attribution to BritPlayRadar and a link to the relevant article, provided the quotation fairly reflects its context.

Please request permission before substantial republication, commercial redistribution or reuse of a complete comparison. Do not remove attribution or present our work as your own. Nothing here restricts quotation or other uses that applicable law permits without permission.

Game names, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a review does not mean that we own them, that their owners endorse us, or that an official partnership exists. Permission from BritPlayRadar cannot grant rights belonging to a third party.

4. Editorial comparisons and affiliate links

Our comparisons consider content variety, usability, navigation, accessibility, features and the overall experience. An assessment reflects the information available when it was prepared and the context described in the article. A ranking is an editorial comparison, rather than a promise that a platform will suit every visitor, device or preference.

Some external links may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. We identify commercial relationships near the relevant links so that you can take them into account. Affiliate income supports the guide, while our editors retain independent judgement over descriptions, comparisons and conclusions.

Commercial relationships do not guarantee favourable coverage or a particular ranking. If you believe a disclosure is unclear or a comparison overlooks a relevant feature, contact us with the article address and your explanation. We review corrections on their merits and update material where appropriate.

5. External platforms

Following an external link takes you to a service operated under its own terms and privacy arrangements. Availability, pricing, registration, accounts, purchases, refunds and customer support are the provider’s responsibility. BritPlayRadar does not make those purchases on your behalf or become a party to your agreement with a provider.

Before registering or purchasing, check the official service’s current requirements, age ratings, accessibility information and availability in your region. Consider device compatibility, any recurring charges and cancellation conditions. Direct questions about a provider account or payment to that provider through its official support channel.

For background on advertising standards, you can consult Google’s advertising policy guidance. This reference is informational: it does not indicate Google approval, certification or endorsement of BritPlayRadar or any featured service. External pages and their policies may change independently of our guide.

6. Accuracy and liability

We aim to publish useful, accurate information, but platform features and commercial terms can change between editorial reviews. Verify important details on the official platform before acting. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete security, compatibility with every device or a particular gameplay outcome. Maintenance and technical faults may temporarily affect the website.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated third-party information or by external services beyond our reasonable control. The guide is intended for personal use; we do not accept liability for business losses, including lost profits or business interruption, where the law allows that limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These qualifications apply to every disclaimer and limitation in this document.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You retain any legal right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, including protections available to consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you seek. We will consider it in good faith. Contacting us is not a condition of exercising a statutory remedy, and it does not extend any legal time limit.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms take effect on 16 October 2026. We may revise them to reflect changes to the website, editorial practices or applicable law. Check the displayed effective date when returning. We will explain material changes on the updated page so you can understand their effect.

Revisions apply prospectively from the stated effective date. They do not remove previously accrued rights or retrospectively alter the conditions applying to an earlier event. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
