When to expect a reply
Our editorial hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. We aim to review enquiries within three working days. A correction that needs checking against several sources may take longer; please include enough detail for us to investigate.
We can help with content published on BritPlayRadar. For account access, purchases, refunds or gameplay issues, contact the official game provider through its own support channels. We cannot access or change a provider’s player accounts.
Send a question or proposal
Include the page title, relevant platform URL and a clear description of your question or correction. All three fields below are required.
Make your enquiry useful
Suggest a platform
Explain its relevance to UK players and highlight useful features, supported devices and accessibility options. Include the official website so our editors can review the current information. Suggestions are considered on editorial merit and do not guarantee coverage.
Ask about a guide
Point us to the passage you would like explained and describe what you are trying to understand. If you follow up on an earlier enquiry, mention its subject and approximate date so we can connect the context.
